Built on decades of hands-on experience and a commitment to doing right by every customer, Primary Exteriors is locally known, family-run, and committed to delivering durable, eye-catching roofing, siding, and gutter solutions to the homeowners and businesses of Strathmore, Airdrie, and the Greater Calgary area.
Jake and Debbie, our owner-operators, take pride in maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service across every project. Jake, a longtime Strathmore resident, has honed considerable expertise over more than 30 years in the industry, first as a roofing and siding subcontractor and now as a contractor. Debbie, who oversees Primary Exteriors’ administration, is also Strathmore born-and-raised, has nearly a decade of administrative experience, and enjoys helping our customers find the best solutions for their exterior renovation needs.
Today, Primary Exteriors serves our region with skilled crews and subcontractors who share our standards for quality, respect, and efficiency. We continue to grow, always building on a foundation of real experience, practical knowledge, and a commitment to doing the job right.

Primary Exteriors works with dedicated roofing crews based in Airdrie and Calgary. We also have a siding-specific crew that handles residential projects. Additionally, we enlist trusted subcontractors who work alongside us or independently.
